For those who visited us at the Royal Easter Show in 2021, you would have seen our purpose-built mobile store for the first time. Since then, it has appeared at every Royal Easter Show, as well as the Melbourne Royal Show Royal Brisbane Show (The Ekka) and Royal Adelaide Show each year. This mobile store comprises 2 X 20ft (6m) containers that provide a sales shop front in one container and a dedicated kitchen at the rear in the other container.
The 2023 Ekka saw the debut of our new, custom-built Sushi Hub truck before it was driven across this wide brown land to feed the crowds at the Perth Royal Show. This self-contained truck is virtually a mobile, mini, Sushi Hub store. When fully set up it slices, dices and cooks a range of favourite fresh Sushi Hub menu items for hungry, health-conscious show-goers.
